I post here when I remember that sharing my thoughts in writing is a way for me to practice liberation and to break free from perfectionism. You will find typos, run-on sentences, incomplete thoughts and what feels like something you could have written a million times better. I write to collect and gather my thoughts. I share my writing to invite you to find agreement and/or disagreement, but mostly, I hope you find connection.
Finally Writing About It.
When I got asked what I was going to “be” when I grew up, I never thought that working in Out of School Time would have been part of my career path. I always assumed I’d be something like the President of the United States or the first woman to play in the NBA. You could never say that I lacked ambition, right?
